The Member Services contact centre services inbound member purchase enquiries for household electrical products and other retail services. Working in a very small team environment, staff members work very closely liaising with members and retailers.

As the first point of contact for members, it is critical that staff use their exceptional customer service, rapport building and problem solving skills to provide a warm, positive experience on each call.
